2025-2026 "1st Competitive Season"
Our 1st competitive season is one to remember! Our dancers competed at two regionally competitions, winning multiple awards, and an experience they will never forget.
2024-2025 "How it started!"
It all started with our Christmas Production. From our youngest learners to our oldest, our kids danced, acted and put on a show for their parents in a night to remember.
2025-2026 Dance Season
As we began our first competitive dance season, our students were nervous but ready to take the stage. They dedicated countless hours to learning and growing as dancers, all of them stepping into a dance studio for the very first time. A team of eight dancers with no prior dance experience came together, supporting one another as they developed into beautiful, confident performers.
This season, we brought four dances to the competition stage, and each performance was filled with passion, heart, and a genuine love for dance. Watching these dancers grow in skill, confidence, and teamwork has been an incredible journey, and we could not be prouder of everything they accomplished throughout their first competitive season.
Meet Aaliyah and Gabriella. They were 5 years old at their first competition. This was Aaliyah's first year dancing and Gabriella's first year competing.

Students on the dance team practice during exploration class and after school. In 2025-2026 school year, we will launch our first competitive team, that will compete against dance teams around the state.
Dance Spark
December 24, 2024Dream Tech Academy recently hosted its inaugural Christmas Show on December 19, 2024, and the event was a resounding success. Parents were thrilled to witness their children showcase their talents in acting, singing, and dancing on stage. This festive celebration sparked a newfound interest in the arts among our students, particularly in the realm of dance.
Exploring Movement: How Our Students Practice in Dance Exploration Class
January 2025Dance ExplorationOnce a week, our students dive into the world of dance during Dance Exploration class—a special time set aside for creativity, movement, and self-expression. Through guided activities, students practice balance, rhythm, coordination, and spatial awareness in a fun and supportive environment. Whether they’re learning new steps, experimenting with free movement, or collaborating in group routines, each session builds confidence and encourages joyful discovery through dance.
Summer Dance Camp
June 2025Summer Dance CampThis summer, our dancers stepped into the spotlight during our exciting Dance Camp! Throughout the week, students built confidence as they learned proper dance techniques, explored different styles, and practiced choreography designed just for them. Each day has been filled with energy, focus, and creativity as they prepared for the big moment—dancing proudly in front of their families. They have learned so much and continue to build their confidence in their dancing and themselves.
About The Teacher
Ms. Alyssa is the Assistant Principal and Dance Teacher at Dream Tech Academy. She is well known for her balanced approach to learning and having fun.
Ms. Alyssa has been dancing since she was a little girl and has competed in multiple dance competitions. She enjoys performing hip hop, jazz, jazz funk, and tap; however, she's competed in other styles such as lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre and modern.
Ms. Alyssa is a passionate dance educator dedicated to bringing out the best in her students. By celebrating every improvement—both big and small—she creates a nurturing environment where confidence and self-esteem truly thrive. In December 2024, Ms. Alyssa wrote, choreographed and directed one of the most spectacular Christmas performances Dream Tech Academy has ever seen. Due to the overwhelming passion and student demand, Dream Dance Academy was born!
